At Lakshaa, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible products may be returned subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return if:

  • The return request is raised within 15 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, invoice, and accessories are intact

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Personalised or customised jewellery
  • Clearance or final-sale products
  • Gift cards
  • Hygiene-sensitive accessories

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos for verification.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after inspection and approval
  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used during checkout
  • Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider

International Returns

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, local taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law
  • Lakshaa is not responsible for items lost or damaged during international return transit
  • Customers should use a trackable shipping service for international returns

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Return Shipping

  • Reverse pickup may be available for selected Indian locations
  • International customers may need to self-ship return parcels
  • Return instructions will be shared once your return request is reviewed

Refund Exclusions

Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other import-related charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed product.
